The section relative to the loan funding date and other dates is available in the Dates section of the File tab. This section provides the information about the following dates:

The information relative to the dates is completed by the financial institution but can be modified by the lawyer/notary. The date information will be used when generating the documents associated with the file (Loan Contract and Cost of Borrowing).
| ➢ | To modify the funding dates and the other dates |
| 1. | Select a file in your list of files and make sure the File tab is selected. |
| 2. | In the Dates section, complete the four date fields under the Legal Counsel column. You can use the calendar option to select every date and complete the fields. Refer to the Calendar section for more details on the calendar functioning. |
| 3. | Click the Save button at the top right side of the page to save your modifications. |
 In the case of a mandate of the Laurentian Bank, you only have to complete the funding date. Other dates will be calculated automatically.
