Desjardins mandate disbursement

For all Desjardins mandates, when the document Preliminary report is generated, the window Generate a document (as shown below) is displayed.

The Direct deposit account(s) section at the bottom of the window contains the list of trust accounts available in the notary's profile as well as those that have been previously activated to allow the electronic transfer of funds using Assyst Payment.

When the preliminary report has been signed, a deposit type entry will automatically be created by the system and will be added to the table Deposits in the trust account under the tab Assyst Payment, for this mandate.

When the disbursement has been made by Desjardins, a note will be available in the Note section to inform you that funds have been deposited in your trust account. Funds should be available in the trust account within 24 hours of receipt of the note.

   Ensure to allocate 3 business days for the processing of disbursement of funds into your trust account.

Please note that no fees will be charged for receiving funds transmitted electronically by Desjardins via Assyst Payment, nor for activating your trust account.
