The list of files includes files that have been sent to you by financial institutions.
But, you may have to create your own files on Assyst Real Estate to import forms with bookmarks, prepare a discharge file, create a downpayment coupon or a funds transfer, or order a Title Insurance. That files will be added to the section Other Files in the list of files.
You can create your own file on Assyst Real Estate platform, either for :
| ▪ | Import notariale forms with bookmarks available on the Inforoute notariale and then registered online these acts by sending them to the Land title via Assyst Real Estate. |
| ▪ | Prepare a discharge file to request a Certified payout statement at Desjardins and then registered online a deed of discharge by transmitting them to the Land title using Assyst Real Estate (for more information refer to the section Discharge Solution). |
| ▪ | Create a downpayment coupon or create a funds transfer for a mortgage, a sale, an estate or a business sale (See Assyst Payment Solution) |
| ▪ | Order Title Insurance from a registered Title Insurer (for more information refer to the sectionTitle Insurance). |
