Description of a creating file

When you select your file in the Other files section, the Assyst Real Estate main page is displayed. You can start processing this file

In the main page of File, you can view the information related to the file created and you can add information if necessary. This page also gives you access to several functions for the processing of your file.

General Information: displays general information for the file entered or generated when created. You can also enter a Loan No. and an Internal File No. for your file in this section.

File Closed:  allows to close a file when its processing is completed.

Import a Document: allows to import in a file a document, with bookmarks, and register it online via Assyst Real Estate and transmit it to the Land Register for registration purpose. The imported document is automatically added to the list of your documents for the current file under the Other documents (Import) category. Add a note to File: allows to add a note to your file (See Working with Notes)

Add a co-borrower: allows to add co-borrowers to your file. You can add up to 9 co-borrowers.

Property 1 / Property 2:  allows you to enter the address for one or two properties.

Tabs displayed at the top of the File main page include functions and solutions allowing you to request a certified payout statement, to transmit a document to the Land Register for registration purpose, to order Title Insurance and to use Assyst Payment Solution.
