Working with Notes

Top  Previous  Next

Notes included in files represent a means for financial institutions to add modifications to a file or special instructions until the access to the file is blocked. Only the information relative to the preferential and variable rate can be transmitted once the access to the file is blocked.

Notes can also be used by you or your assistants to communicate information relative to the file, such as memos, statuses, etc.
You can receive external notes or create yourself internal notes.

All notes are kept with their files and once created, they cannot be deleted.

It is important to read the notes associated to your files on a regular basis. By refreshing regularly the data of your files with the Refresh Files function, you will receive the new notes added to your files (by the financial institutions or by your assistants). If a file includes a new note that is not read, it is identified with a blue color in the list of your files and has the _img46 symbol displayed to its right side. The financial institutions that include in their list files with notes that are not read have also the _img46 symbol displayed to their right side.

Notes are all accessible from the Notes tab. You can consult them at any time.
